K&A Carpet Cleaning LLC is family-owned and family-run in North Las Vegas. There is no call center, no franchise script and no rotating cast of subcontractors. You get the same small crew, and they have been doing this for more than a decade.
That structure decides how the work gets done. When your name is on the van, a rushed job in Aliante costs you the next five jobs in Aliante. So we look at the carpet with you before we start, we tell you what will and will not come out, and we finish the corners even when nobody would have checked.
We work in English and Spanish, on the phone and at the door, so nobody has to explain a stain twice.

Whatever we tell you on the phone is what appears on the invoice. If something changes once we see the job, you hear about it before we start and you can walk away.
We tell you the truth about stains
Some marks are dye damage or bleach and they are never coming out. You will hear that during the walkthrough before you pay for a treatment that was always going to fail.
Detail wins over speed
Edges, corners, stair noses and the strip under the couch are where a rushed job gives itself away. We do those by hand every time.
The equipment
Why we run a truck-mount
A truck-mounted system is a serious piece of equipment and a real commitment for a small company. It heats the cleaning solution and generates the vacuum inside the van, then pushes both through a hose into your home.
The payoff is heat and suction that portable machines cannot match. Hot solution breaks down the oils holding soil to the fiber, and strong extraction takes the whole lot back out. That combination is what gives you carpet that stays clean for months and dries in hours.
