What a turnover clean includes

The same process we run in an occupied home: pre-inspection, pre-treatment on traffic lanes and spots, hot water extraction with the truck-mount, hand work on edges and stairs, and pile grooming. Empty rooms just go faster.

Timing it right

Clean after the unit is empty and after any painting is done. Paint dust settles into carpet and undoes the work. If a handyman is still coming, book us last.
