Tile and grout cleaning service in Las Vegas

Grout lines go dark slowly enough that you stop seeing it. Then we clean one room and you notice the hallway. High-pressure cleaning and rinse for floors, showers, backsplashes and countertops.

Grout is porous, and Las Vegas water is hard

Two things work against tile floors here. Grout is essentially a sponge made of cement, so anything spilled on it soaks in and stays. And valley tap water leaves mineral scale behind on every mop pass, which builds a dull film that holds onto dirt.

Mopping moves that mixture around and pushes some of it into the grout lines. This is why a floor can be mopped weekly and still look tired. Getting it back takes pressure, heat and a way to pull the dirty solution off the floor.

How we clean tile and grout

  1. Alkaline pre-treatment. Sprayed across the floor and given time to break down grease and soap film.
  2. Agitation on the grout lines. Brushed by hand where the buildup is heaviest, usually along the edges and in the kitchen.
  3. Pressurised rinse with the spinner tool. Hot water goes down at pressure and comes straight back up under vacuum, contained inside the tool so your walls stay clean and nothing floods.
  4. Detail pass. Corners, thresholds and the tile-to-carpet transitions get done by hand.
  5. Optional grout sealing. A penetrating sealer that keeps the next round of spills sitting on top of the grout.

Where it works best

  • Kitchen and entry floors. The two areas that carry grease and outdoor grit.
  • Bathroom floors and shower walls. Soap scum and hard-water scale come off the tile face as well as the grout.
  • Backsplashes and countertops. Smaller jobs, often added to a floor appointment for very little extra.
  • Garage and patio concrete. Same equipment, different chemistry. Ask about oil-stain treatment.

Should you seal afterwards?

If your grout is light-colored or the floor is in a kitchen, yes. Sealer buys you time on the next spill and makes routine mopping more effective. On a dark grout in a low-traffic bathroom it matters less. We will give you a straight recommendation for your floor and we will leave it there.

What tile cleaning will not fix

Grout that has cracked, crumbled or been stained by a dye needs repair or color sealing. Etched natural stone is surface damage and needs polishing. We will identify those on the walkthrough and tell you what the real fix is, even when it is not a job we are quoting.

What a tile cleaning service actually does that mopping cannot

People search for tile cleaners when the floor has stopped responding to effort. You mop, it looks fine wet, and an hour later the grout lines are grey again. That is not a technique problem. Mopping moves a mix of mineral scale and grease around the floor and pushes some of it down into the grout, which is porous and holds onto everything.

A professional tile and grout cleaning service breaks that cycle with three things a mop does not have: an alkaline pre-treatment with dwell time, mechanical agitation along the grout lines, and a pressurised rinse that pulls the dirty solution off the floor instead of spreading it. That last part is the whole difference. The water that goes down comes straight back up under vacuum, contained inside the tool.

Where we clean tile and grout

Tile work takes us further across the valley than almost anything else we do, because most homes here have it and most of it has never been cleaned properly.

South and east Las Vegas, the older neighborhoods with large tiled living areas, are some of the most dramatic jobs we do. See Las Vegas, Henderson or every area we cover.

Pair it with the carpet

Most of our tile work goes out on the same visit as a carpet cleaning, and that is the cheapest way to buy it. One trip, one setup, one invoice.
